CLUB RESULTSPrivacy notice
Updated 12 October 2026
Badger Air Sport uses this portal to publish club shooting results and let Score Managers maintain monthly results. Visitors can view the results without an account.
Member profiles
Members can register with a first name, surname, email address and password. Phone number, gender, birth date and profile photo are optional. Your email is your login username. These profile details and photos are private to you; administrators can see registered members’ names and email addresses to manage roles. Profile photos are stored privately and are not added to public results.
You can edit your profile, upload or remove your photo, change your password, and request a verified email change. Changing your profile name does not rewrite historical competition scorecards. Registration requires email confirmation. An administrator must separately assign the Score Manager role to allow result changes.
Sign-in information
The club administrator can create a username and password login linked to your email address. Supabase Authentication stores the password as a hash. The portal stores your username, display name and linked account identifier, and does not store readable passwords. Administrators can set or reset passwords but cannot retrieve them. Account creation and password resets are recorded in the audit history without the password.
Google sign-in requests your basic profile and email address. Google supplies your account identifier, verified email address, name and basic profile information, which can include a profile picture, to Supabase Authentication. The portal uses your account identifier, email and name to identify you, match your approved scorer access and attribute changes to results.
The portal requests the Google permissions for identity, email and basic profile only. Sign-in information is used for account access, club administration and the audit history. It is not used for advertising or sold.
Where email sign-in is available, Supabase and the configured Resend email service process your email address and registration confirmations, email-change confirmations or expiring sign-in links to deliver account emails.
Public results and restricted records
Published results include members’ names, events, dates, distances, divisions and competition scores. These records can be viewed and downloaded by public visitors.
Scorer approvals and linked sign-in identifiers are restricted account records. Only club administrators can manage approvals. Approved scorers and administrators can read the audit history, which records the person making a change, their account identifier, the time, the reason and the previous and updated results. Signing in alone does not give permission to add or edit results.
Storage and service providers
The portal is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Club results, member profiles, access approvals, linked account identifiers and audit records are stored in the portal’s Cloudflare database. Private profile photos are stored in Cloudflare object storage. Supabase stores authentication accounts and sessions. Google processes Google sign-in; Resend processes email delivery when configured. These services may also process connection and security logs to operate their services.
Providers may process information outside South Africa. This Supabase project is hosted in Ireland. Club administrators with the relevant service access can administer these records.
Cookies and account controls
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session and complete the authentication flow. Signing out clears the portal’s sign-in session. Public results remain available when you are signed out.
You can ask the club administrator to remove scorer access, and you can manage the Google connection through your Google account. Removing access stops result editing; it does not automatically remove published results or historical audit entries. Authentication services may retain an account record even if the club has not approved it.
Questions, corrections and removal requests
Club results, account records and audit history are retained for club administration and the competition record. Contact the club administrator about your information, a correction, or a removal request through the Badger Air Sport club website.
